Our short-term equity partners do not acquire shares in the business of the entrepreneur originating the deal.
Short term equity partners invest or contribute capital in isolated contracts that may last between one and six months or more in some cases. The investment amount is fully recovered by the contributor or investor at expiry and the returns shared among the parties as determined in the Partnership Agreement.
Equity partners are required to confirm deals, contribute capital, sign and receive Partnership Agreement from Propartners. Capital contribution is made ONLY at the office because short term deals are NOT closed online.
Short term equity partners may be listed or unlisted. Listed partners are contacted first, once short-term deals become available.
