Propartners Exchange Limited is a total business resources company based in Accra, Ghana. The company’s registered objects include business and equity partnerships, incubation, acceleration, crowdfunding and other business support services.
Propartners injects or facilitates the injection of equity capital in existing or start-up businesses through equity partnership or equity crowdfunding investments. We work with entrepreneurs and small businesses on one hand, and dormant or active equity capital investors on the other hand.
We work largely with informal sector businesses and small businesses in the formal sector. We organize, regularize or formalize small businesses to transform from high to low risk, thereby making them attractive to local and foreign investors.
Propartners provides various solutions to build the capacity of businesses and entrepreneurs. Our business model brings together persons already in business, those who want to start and those who want to grow their wealth actively or passively with direct investments in profitable ventures.
The Propartners’ story began some time in 2014 with a group of friends pooling money to support another friend to execute a construction contract he had been awarded. From one project to another, and to another. The return on their investment, which was not even discussed at the time of capital injection, was way beyond their expectation because they could not have made that in any traditional investment over that period. The referrals kept growing and the group saw the need to widen their network. The group’s answer to this new challenge was to build a company on the concept of equity partnership. Thus, Propartners Exchange was birthed as a duly incorporated company on November 18, 2016.
